BUILDING COLLAPSE - FLORIDA 

On Thursday, June 24, 2021, at approximately 1:25 a.m. EDT, Champlain Towers South, a 12-story beachfront condominium in the Miami suburb of Surfside, Florida, United States, partially collapsed and affected the area’s Jewish community especially hard. As of July 22, 2021 a total of 97 people were confirmed dead, all of whom have been identified, making it one of the deadliest structural collapses in American history
